TOWER (CADILLAC) Group Pilates Class


This class is taught by:
 Our Specialty Class,  TOWER or CADILLAC is small group, full body workout using springs, push thru bar and trapeze. The TOWER or CADILLAC helps puts you in proper alignment. The equipment supports you to allow full range of motion and proper muscle firing sequences. TOWER CLASS is suitable for all levels. Tower classes are perfect for those new to Pilates. TOWER classes are also suitable for elite athletes that are looking for amazing stretch and a balanced core work out that can be pushed to the maximum effort. We are one of the few studio to offer TOWER (CADILLAC) classes. Please call us for more information.
