No dance back ground is needed. This is a popular class for Pregnancy, as modifications can be used to enable workouts well into the last trimester.
As we adhere closely to the principals of a traditional ballet barre the body is properly warmed up, and a balanced approach to working the body is presented to avoid injury and promote longevity.
