Pilates

Pilates Is Magical! It truly does "reform the body and elevate the spirit!" Desa Prana has a fully equipped balanced body Pilates Studio with Private Pilates Sessions and Group Pilates Classes offered in Pilates Reformer and Pilates Tower.

It is strongly recommended that a series of private pilates sessions are taken before entering a group pilates equipment class, click here to purchase. Instructor approval is required for some classes.


Our class options vary from Vinyasa Flow Pilates for the Advanced Pilates Practitioners, level 3-4 to a more Athletic, Nuts and Bolts Pilates Class, level 1-3 to a Restorative Pilates Tower class which as its name suggests.. restores vigor! Pilates Tower, level 1-3


All of our trainers follow the direct lineage of Joseph Pilates. Master Trainer Jeannie Mccormack was trained by Fletcher and Romana, two of the original Pilates Masters, when she was dancing.

We encourage our members to make it to class at least once a week. With such an array of classes to choose from its easy to make a commitment to yourself. Keep yourself on the list. You will start to feel better; the results will spill over from your mat to your life. The class you choose should be related to the desired results to be achieved.
